Summary of unit 5 the natural world

Becky goes to Alex's house. They discuss their plans for a party they are going to in the afternoon. Then they go to the animal hospital and learn about different wild animals.

In the animals hospital you must be quiet.
You mustn't bother the animals.

They have fun to see the animals, and finally they go to the party.

Summary of unit 4 Life story

Alex is doing a project on the life of the famous writer J.R.R. Tolkien. Who writes all of the books of the Lord of the Rings.
First she goes to the video shop to see the film of the Lord of the Rings
Then she visits with Becky, her best friend, some important sites.
They visit all of the Tolkien houses and finally they visit the cementery. And there they see his grave.

Now some extra things about Tolkien:
- He stands for John Ronald Reuel
- He was an orphan by the age of twelve
- He fought in the First World War.
- The Lord of the Rings films took place in New Zealand.
- It took fourteen months to film the three films.

Summary of unit 3 A big adventure

Alex preparers a picnic. She makes tuna sandwiches, wich Steven doesn't like. Steven arrives, and they cycle to the river. Steven gets hungry, and they stop to eat by the river. Alex climbs a tree.

Summary of unit 2 A day in our lives

Alex tells us about her daily routine. She has many concerns and should have a routine for each day.

She gets up at 7.00 a.m
Then she has breakfast with her family
In the school she study Spanish, maths, P.E and an other things
She finishes school at 3.30 p.m
Alex goes to the school and do homework, read magazines, study and lunch with her friends.
In the Alex's school must have an uniform, and musn't have later.

I think the university is very difficult but you must do. So the best is take it easy

Summary of unit 1 Our town

Alex and Becky are in Oxford. Alex's cousin is visiting from London. The girls meet him at the bus station. They take Seteven round Oxford, but they seem more interested in the shops! Steven would prefer to go to a music shop but Becky buys a T-shirt in a clothes shop. Alex borrows 5 pounds from Steven to help pay for the T-shirt.
